Welcome to Arty Farty Prints. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Nothing sneaky — just the basics to keep everything running smoothly.

General

All products sold on this website are for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
We reserve the right to update product details, pricing, or these terms at any time.

Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability.
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and payment must be made in full at checkout.
Once an order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

Custom Print Design Service

Custom prints are designed based on the information you provide.
Proofs will be shared via WhatsApp and amendments can be requested.
Printing will only begin once you confirm you are happy with the design.
Custom prints are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Standard Prints

All standard prints are sold unframed, unless stated otherwise.
Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

Shipping

Orders are dispatched once printing is complete.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once an item has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Standard (non-custom) items can be returned within 28 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at
info@artyfartyprints.co.uk
within 48 hours of delivery, including photos if possible, so we can sort it quickly.

Intellectual Property

All designs, and content on this site are the property of Arty Farty Prints.
You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any designs without permission.
Some designs may include licensed elements available through a Canva Pro subscription; while we do not claim ownership of these individual elements, the overall designs and finished artworks created by us are original works and remain the intellectual property of Arty Farty Prints.
Any Image displayed on Arty Farty Prints (Facebook) and @arty_farty_prints (instagram) are subject to these terms of service.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Minor colour variations
Delays beyond our control
Loss or damage caused after delivery

Your statutory rights are not affected.
