Refunds & Returns Policy

I want you to love your order, but if something’s not quite right, here’s how returns work:

• You can return standard (non-custom) items within 28 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

• Once I receive the returned item, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Custom Prints 

Because custom prints are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable.

Return Postage

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

• I recommend using a tracked service, as I can’t be responsible for items lost in the post.
